Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

At this stage your application has been received but has not yet been reviewed by the hiring manager
Stage 2

Review

Once the hiring manager receives and reads through your application they will take some time consider and review how you stack up against the requirements of the role and the other applicants. 

If your application review is successful you will be invited for a telephone interview with the hiring manager. 
Stage 3

Initial Interview

If your application gets through our first screening stage you will be invited for initial telephone interview. 

This is an informal conversation between you and the hiring manager. You'll be asked to bring to life some of the key points of your CV and talk about some of your more recent work experience. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions you might have about the role or Telcom Group. 
Stage 4

2nd Stage Interview

You impressed us in the first stage, and now we'd love to meet you in person!

Join us at Elevate HQ for a formal interview where we'll dive deeper into the role, your experience, and the value you bring. This is also a great opportunity to visit our office and meet your hiring manager face-to-face.
Stage 5

Final Interview

If you've made it this far you've clearly got something about you! 

This is the final stage of the recruitment process and will involved a member of the senior leadership team. This is a less formal interview than the previous stage and is intended to make sure that these is a good fit for both you and Telcom Group.
Stage 6

Offer

If you've made it this far then it's great news! You've been offered the job!
Stage 7

Hired

This is where the fun starts!

Once you've successfully completed all stages of the recruitment process and accepted an offer to join the team, we will start the onboarding process in readiness for your start date.
