As Director of Product & Innovation at Elevate Group, I lead the development, implementation and performance of all products and solutions across multiple businesses and brands within the group. My focus is on driving innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring our diverse offerings stay ahead in a competitive market.

I have been with the business over 10 years, beginning my journey when the company was a bootstrapped startup. Throughout this time, I’ve gained extensive experience and learned from my many mistakes. Wearing many hats over the years, I started in sales, where I discovered my passion for finding the right solutions for our customers.
